My Fellow Americans:
What a better time to start my own blog than on my birthday while listening to the State of the Union! The best part of both so far is that it’s the last – the last State of the Union from GW and the last time I’ll just be starting a blog…at least I hope (considering I’ve just spent 1 hour fooling around with the music widget!).
Hopefully it will get easier – for my blogging career and for these United States.

The State of the Union came on last night after American Gladiator. Everyone shouted “lame duck!” and the tv went off. I’m not sure how my children know that phrase. whoops.

With the comment about the Sate of the Union you will probably have Dick and George as regular readers for at least a year.
